Includes a comprehensive eye exam with retinal imaging and a personalized eyewear consultation. Our doctors review all results and take their time to answer all of your questions. Glasses prescriptions are customized to your needs. Our one-on-one frame styling session will help you find the perfect eyewear effortlessly. No additional charge for established contact lens wearers. Child Eye Exam (Ages 0-19)
Includes a comprehensive OHIP-insured eye exam with retinal imaging and a personalized eyewear consultation. Infants and toddlers are also thoroughly examined for visual developmental milestones. Our doctors review all results and take their time to answer all of your questions. Glasses prescriptions are customized to your child’s needs. Exam summary reports can be created for your child’s paediatrician or teacher upon request for an additional charge. $65 Examination fee includes: - OHIP-insured eye exam (no dilation unless necessary or requested) - Retinal imaging (may be excluded for infants and toddlers) - One-on-one eyewear consultation
Senior Eye Exam (Ages 65+)
Includes a comprehensive OHIP-insured eye exam with retinal imaging and a personalized eyewear consultation. Our doctors review all results and take their time to answer all of your questions. Our office is fully equipped with diagnostic imaging to identify and manage conditions including glaucoma, retinopathy, and visual-field defects. Glasses prescriptions are customized to your needs. Our one-on-one frame styling session will help you find the perfect eyewear effortlessly. $65 Examination fee includes: - OHIP-insured eye exam (dilation included unless declined) - Retinal imaging - One-on-one eyewear consultation
Adult Diabetic / OHIP Eye Exam (Ages 20-64)
Includes a comprehensive OHIP-insured eye exam with retinal imaging, a macula OCT scan, and a personalized eyewear consultation. Our doctors review all results and take their time to answer all of your questions. Our office is fully equipped with diagnostic imaging to identify and manage conditions including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and visual-field defects. Glasses prescriptions are customized to your needs. Our one-on-one frame styling session will help you find the perfect eyewear effortlessly. $100 Examination fee includes: - OHIP-insured eye exam (dilation included unless declined) - Retinal imaging - Macula OCT scan - One-on-one eyewear consultation
New Contact Lens Fit + Teach (All Ages)
Includes our doctors selecting the appropriate contact lens that fits your eye and prescription, a one-hour training session on how to insert and remove the contact lenses, free trial lenses to wear at home, and unlimited follow-up visits until the prescription is perfected. A comprehensive eye examination is required before one can book a new contact lens fit + training appointment. Examination fees: - Cost varies depending on refractive error and type of contact lens
Binocular Vision Assessment (All Ages)
A thorough two-hour assessment of the binocular vision system and visual perceptual skills that relate to learning, athletic performance, and activities of daily living. Results from the assessment are reviewed and summarized in a detailed report that can be shared with teachers, healthcare professionals, or employers. Please visit our Binocular Vision Assessment and Vision Therapy pages under the Services tab to learn more and see if this assessment would benefit you or your loved one. This assessment is mandatory before enrolling in our vision therapy program. The two-hour assessment can be booked in the same day or spaced out in one-hour appointments on separate days. Please contact our office at 905-264-3868 to customize your scheduled appointment(s). $350 Examination fee includes: - First hour focuses on symptoms, medical history, and binocular vision skills - Second hour focuses on visual perceptual testing, trial glasses prescriptions, and review of findings - Summary report is generated typically within 1-2 weeks - Information for our vision therapy program is provided
Emergency Eye Exam (All Ages)
Includes a prompt, thorough assessment of an ocular emergency. Please call our office at 905-264-3868 immediately once you have booked your appointment. Eligibility for an OHIP-insured ocular emergency will be confirmed at the end of the exam before payment.
